W.I.N.G.S. (Women in need of Guidance and Support)helps young women of color navigate successfully, academically, and socially in the college environment by providing guidance and support through open lines of communication amongst group participants and facilitators. The hope is that skills and topics of focus will assist in the overall development of each individual woman, as well as, provide long-lasting knowledge that will support the transition to life beyond the undergraduate career.
